Cancellation Policy

  • Laquan Studio Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") secures the schedule for customers once a photo shoot reservation is confirmed. Therefore, cancellations after the photo shoot reservation is confirmed will incur cancellation fees as shown in the table below.

  • If you wish to cancel a photo shoot reservation, please notify us at least 12 days prior to the scheduled shooting date.

  • In the event of a cancellation, the deposit specified in the Terms of Use will be charged as a cancellation fee according to the table below. Additionally, if you cancel a location shoot reservation, a separate cancellation fee for the location shoot may apply. In such cases, the Company will charge the customer the location cancellation fee separately, in accordance with the regulations of the respective location.

  • Even if the weather worsens after the start of the photo shoot, the shoot will not be canceled and will proceed to the end with adjustments. If the customer chooses to cancel the shoot, cancellation fees will apply as shown in the table below.

  • Regarding postponement of the shooting date, we will accommodate up to three postponements free of charge if requested at least 12 days prior to the scheduled shooting date. Any postponement requested for the fourth time or thereafter will be treated as a cancellation of the initial photo shoot reservation and a new reservation, and cancellation fees will apply as shown in the table below.
